Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return:
✓ Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ Item must be returned in original condition and packaging
✓ Proof of purchase is required
Please contact our support team before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons (for example: incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental purchase), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
SmiledTee will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Return request is reviewed
- Refund approval email is sent
- Refund is issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank for additional processing time
